For Magic & Pokémon sellers and collectors

Sell and collect Magic & Pokémon cards from one desktop app

Toploader OS is a local-first desktop app for trading card sellers and collectors. Manage inventory, price stock and prepare Whatnot shows on the seller side — then track your Magic and Pokémon collections with visual binders, set completion, decks, wishlists and trades on the collector side.

Seller operating system

One workflow from stock intake to post-show profit.

Use one tool for the jobs that usually live across spreadsheets, browser tabs, export templates and post-stream notes.

Inventory database

Track MTG singles, booster packs, sealed boxes, graded cards, sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, bundles and seller accessories.

Exact card printings

Search Scryfall, choose the correct set, collector number, finish and foil treatment, then keep image and market metadata attached.

%

Pricing tools

Use marketplace-aware target prices, configurable Whatnot fees, rounding modes, bundle pricing, surprise sets and pack-break calculators.

CSV

Whatnot exports

Generate listing CSVs with product titles, descriptions, quantities, conditions, shipping profiles, prices and public image URLs.

Show Builder

Create show batches, allocate quantities, apply export presets, preview listing value, estimate payout and export show-specific CSVs.

Reconciliation

Map Whatnot sold item names back to inventory, deduct stock, log sales and review gross revenue, payout and net profit.

Workflow

Built around how Whatnot sellers actually work.

Import or add stock

Bring in ManaBox CSVs, add singles with Scryfall lookup, or create sealed and accessory product lines with cost and margin pricing.

Price with intent

Use market prices, manual targets, percentage-of-market bulk pricing or fee-aware calculators to set listing prices before the show.

Build the show

Create a show, select stock, allocate quantities, apply presets and check readiness before exporting a Whatnot CSV.

Reconcile afterwards

Import or enter sold quantities, deduct inventory, log sales and review performance without rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Why sellers choose Toploader OS

The app is designed for repeatable live-selling workflows: finding the exact card, creating clean listings, knowing your payout and closing the loop after a stream.

Use separate inventory profiles for different stock collections.

Preview missing images, missing prices, zero quantity and export blockers before listing.

Keep manual target prices separate from saved market values, so deliberate stream pricing is not overwritten by refreshes.

Track both sales performance and stock health over time.

FAQ

Questions sellers ask before switching.

Is Toploader OS only for single cards?

No. Singles get the Scryfall-powered workflow, while sealed products and accessories use cost, margin and listing defaults.

Does it upload directly to Whatnot?

Toploader OS prepares CSV files for your seller workflow. You still review and upload through the marketplace tools you use.

Does Toploader OS support Pokémon as well as Magic?

Yes. Collector Mode has an MTG and Pokémon toggle for binders, sets and wishlists, and Seller Mode can list and export Pokémon singles alongside Magic.

Is Toploader OS affiliated with Whatnot or Wizards of the Coast?

No. It is an independent seller tool. Marketplace names, game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
