Whatnot CSV export
Prepare the CSV before your listings hit the marketplace.
Toploader OS turns inventory records into export rows so you can spend less time rebuilding titles, prices and metadata before a stream.
Product-aware titles
Use smart titles for singles and product-aware templates for sealed products, accessories and custom stock.
Quantities and prices
Export the quantity you want to list, including show-specific quantity overrides from the Show Builder.
Condition and shipping
Set defaults for conditions, listing types, categories, subcategories and shipping profiles.
Public image URLs
Use stored public image URLs and Scryfall image backfill for single-card rows where available.
Validation before export
Check selected items for blockers and warnings before writing the CSV file.
Export history
Keep a record of exports with line counts, unit counts, listing value, estimated payout and estimated profit.
What gets easier
A clean CSV export depends on the inventory being clean first. Toploader OS keeps the card and listing context together so exports become repeatable.
Build titles from card name, set, collector number and finish.
Use listing templates for singles, sealed products and accessories.
Spot missing prices or images before export.
Export a normal selection or a show-specific batch from Show Builder.
Best for sellers who
Run regular live shows
Create repeatable listing exports instead of rebuilding CSVs from scratch each show.
Sell mixed MTG stock
Export singles, sealed lines and accessories with product-aware metadata.
Need safer prep
Use validation to catch blockers before upload day.
Track outcomes
Connect exports to later reconciliation and analytics.

FAQ
Whatnot CSV export FAQs
Does Toploader OS directly upload to Whatnot?
No. It creates CSV files for your seller workflow. You still review and upload through the marketplace tools you normally use.
Can I export just one show?
Yes. Show Builder lets you allocate items to a show, preview the batch and export a show-specific CSV.
Do image URLs work for local images?
Marketplace CSV uploads need public URLs. Singles can use stored Scryfall image URLs; custom product images should use public image URLs.
Is Whatnot export a Pro feature?
Yes. The app gates Whatnot CSV export behind Toploader OS Pro so the free edition can remain focused on starter inventory use.
