Features
The main workflows inside Toploader OS.
Each feature removes a repetitive task — whether you are listing stock to sell or cataloguing a collection to keep.
Inventory profiles
Keep separate workspaces for different stock collections, show stock, sealed products or long-term inventory.
Scryfall-powered singles
Search cards, select exact printings, store set names, set codes, collector numbers, finishes, images and market metadata.
Sealed and accessory stock
Track booster packs, sealed boxes, graded cards, sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, storage, bundles and other seller products.
Price and margin tools
Calculate fee-aware target prices, bulk-price singles from saved market values and preserve manual listing targets.
Marketplace exports
Create Whatnot CSVs and eBay Seller Hub CSVs with clean product data and public image URLs.
Camera card scanner
Scan Magic: The Gathering cards with a webcam in Scanning Lab, review each match in a staged-card preview, and send the batch to inventory or your collection.
Show Builder & Event Builder
Build show batches or Box Break/Surprise Set pools from one inventory or all of them, allocate quantities, apply export presets and preview payout before export.
Whatnot Ledger reconciliation
Import a Whatnot Ledger CSV for automatic sale, payout and break-spot matching, or map sold item names to inventory by hand.
Live Tools OBS overlays
Run Pack Top Hits, Singles Sizzle Reel and Members Board as independent OBS browser sources, each with its own live preview.
Analytics
Track gross revenue, payout, net profit, items sold, stock value, missing prices, missing images and zero-quantity lines.
Pro workflows
Unlock imports, exports, multiple inventories, bulk edits, reconciliation, Live Tools and advanced seller tools when your operation grows.
Why this matters
The real value is not a single feature. It is that inventory, pricing, listing prep and post-show review share the same data.
Add a card once, then reuse its metadata across exports and show planning.
Preview export blockers before you are ready to go live.
Use the same inventory record for stock, price, image, sold quantity and analytics.
Reduce the chance that yesterday’s spreadsheet correction gets lost before the next stream.

FAQ
Feature FAQs
Can I edit listing defaults?
Yes. The app includes default category, subcategory, listing type, condition, shipping profile and listing template settings.
Can it handle non-card products?
Yes. The product list includes sealed, accessories, storage, graded cards, bundles, lots and other products.
Can I use different inventories?
Yes. Pro workflows support multiple inventory profiles, each with its own stock, sales, shows, export history and images.
Can I still manually adjust pricing?
Yes. Singles can use saved market values or manual target prices, while products and sealed lines use cost and target margin pricing.
Can I scan cards instead of typing them in?
Yes, for Magic: The Gathering. Scanning Lab uses a webcam to recognise MTG cards, stage them for review, and send the batch to inventory or your collection.
