Changed your mind?

If you buy a physical product from our shop, such as the Mini Mana Scanner or Mini Live Scanner, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to cancel

• Email us at liam@toploaderos.com within the 14 days, with your order number and the item or items you’re returning.
• We’ll reply with our returns address.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Your refund

We’ll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving it back, or of you showing us proof that you’ve posted it if that comes first. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. If you cancel only part of an order, the delivery charge is refunded only when you return everything.

Please look after the item while it’s with you. You can handle it as you would in a shop to check it, but if it has been used more than that, or comes back damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

Faulty, damaged or not as described?

Every scanner is checked before it’s posted. If something arrives faulty, damaged in the post or not as described, you’re protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject the item for a full refund.
• After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace it. If that isn’t possible, or doesn’t fix the problem, you can have a refund.
• We pay the return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the item and its packaging as soon as you can so we can put it right quickly.

About 3D-printed products

Our scanners are 3D printed to order. Fine layer lines and small differences in colour or finish between batches are a normal part of 3D printing and aren’t treated as faults. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is actually faulty or doesn’t work as described.

If we ever make something to your own specification at your request, such as a custom size, you can’t cancel it just because you’ve changed your mind, but your rights for faulty items still apply.

Software licences

Toploader OS Collector and Pro licences are sold through Lemon Squeezy, who handle payment and refunds as the merchant of record. If you have a problem with a licence, email us at liam@toploaderos.com and we’ll help, or contact Lemon Squeezy using the details on your receipt. Your legal right to cancel digital content can end once you’ve started downloading or using it. This doesn’t affect your rights if the software is faulty.
