These terms

These terms apply to physical products bought from our online shop, such as the Mini Mana Scanner and Mini Live Scanner. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Toploader OS software licences are sold separately through Lemon Squeezy, and are covered by the Toploader OS End User Licence Agreement in the app and by Lemon Squeezy’s own terms.

If you buy as a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms don’t affect. Some parts apply differently if you buy for a business, and we say where.

Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Each one is 3D printed to order, so fine layer lines and small differences in colour or finish are normal, and the product may look slightly different from the photos.

Our scanners are designed to be used with the Toploader OS app. A camera isn’t included unless the product listing says so.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We aren’t VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

You can pay using the methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

If we’ve made an obvious mistake with a price, we’ll contact you before dispatching your order, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order

After you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. The contract between us starts when we send you that confirmation.

We may cancel an order before it’s dispatched, for example if a product can’t be made, there’s a pricing mistake or we suspect fraud. If we do, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

• We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
• Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. The delivery charge is shown at checkout.
• Because each product is made to order, we usually dispatch within 1–3 working days, and Royal Mail usually delivers within 2–3 working days after that. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products become your responsibility once they’re delivered to the address you gave us, and become yours once we’ve received full payment.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work, including what to do if something is faulty.

If something goes wrong

If you’re a consumer, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren’t responsible for loss or damage that isn’t foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

If you buy for a business, we aren’t liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the order.

Our scanners are accessories that help the Toploader OS app capture cards. Card identification, prices and other results shown in the app are estimates, as explained in the app’s End User Licence Agreement.

Events outside our control

We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as postal disruption or severe weather. If this happens we’ll let you know, and if the delay is likely to be significant you can cancel and get a refund for anything you haven’t received.

Your personal information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
