Step by step
Adding your first items
Choose an item type
Pick Single Card, Booster Pack, Sealed Box, or another product type. The Game selector (Magic or Pokémon) only appears for Single Card.
Search for the exact printing
For singles, search by name and choose the exact set, collector number and finish from Scryfall (Magic) or TCGDex (Pokémon).
Set quantity, condition and price
Use the saved market price, or set a manual target price that won’t get overwritten by future price refreshes.
Add sealed and accessory stock
For booster packs, sealed boxes and accessories, set cost and target margin pricing rather than a market lookup.
Switch between grid and table view
Toggle to whichever view suits the task — visual grid for browsing, table for fast bulk edits — and set your preferred default in Settings.
Search and filter as it grows
Use live search and filters to find items quickly once your inventory has more than a handful of rows.
Faster ways to build inventory
Import a ManaBox CSV export instead of adding Magic singles one at a time.
Scan a physical stack of Magic cards with Scanning Lab and send the batch straight in.
Running more than one line of stock? Create a separate inventory profile rather than mixing everything into one.
Common questions
How many items can I add for free?
The free tier covers up to 100 inventory items. Pro removes that limit.
Can I add Pokémon sealed products?
Not currently. Pokémon in Seller Mode inventory is singles only — the Game selector only appears when the item type is Single Card.
Will a manual price get overwritten by market updates?
No. A manual target price is stored separately from the saved market price and survives future refreshes until you reset it.
