Features

The main workflows inside Toploader OS.

Each feature removes a repetitive task — whether you are listing stock to sell or cataloguing a collection to keep.

Inventory profiles

Keep separate workspaces for different stock collections, show stock, sealed products or long-term inventory.

Scryfall-powered singles

Search cards, select exact printings, store set names, set codes, collector numbers, finishes, images and market metadata.

Sealed and accessory stock

Track booster packs, sealed boxes, graded cards, sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, storage, bundles and other seller products.

%

Price and margin tools

Calculate fee-aware target prices, bulk-price singles from saved market values and preserve manual listing targets.

CSV

Marketplace exports

Create Whatnot CSVs and eBay Seller Hub CSVs with clean product data and public image URLs.

Show Builder

Build show batches, allocate quantities, apply export presets and preview listing value, payout and profit before export.

Reconciliation

Map sold item names to inventory, deduct stock, log sales and remember mappings for future reconciliation.

Analytics

Track gross revenue, payout, net profit, items sold, stock value, missing prices, missing images and zero-quantity lines.

Pro workflows

Unlock imports, exports, multiple inventories, bulk edits, reconciliation and advanced seller tools when your operation grows.

Why this matters

The real value is not a single feature. It is that inventory, pricing, listing prep and post-show review share the same data.

Add a card once, then reuse its metadata across exports and show planning.

Preview export blockers before you are ready to go live.

Use the same inventory record for stock, price, image, sold quantity and analytics.

Reduce the chance that yesterday’s spreadsheet correction gets lost before the next stream.
