Planning a show with Show Builder
This guide covers creating a show, pulling and filtering inventory into it, previewing payout, and exporting the show-specific CSV ready to upload to Whatnot.

Step by step
Planning a show from start to export
Create the show
Name it, set a date, and pick a show type — singles stream, sealed/break night, accessories restock or mixed.
Choose your inventory source
Browse a single inventory profile, or merge all of your profiles together and pull from any of them.
Search and filter
Use live search and the type filter to narrow the list down, then add items individually or use Add All Filtered to pull everything visible in one click.
Allocate quantities
Set how much of each item’s stock goes into this show, without changing your master inventory quantity. Over-allocation is checked against what’s actually available.
Apply an export preset
Use a built-in preset for singles, sealed/break nights or accessories, or save your own export settings to reuse next time.
Preview and export
Check listing value, estimated payout and profit, resolve anything flagged, then export the show-specific Whatnot CSV.
Reconcile afterwards
Once the stream ends, enter sold quantities against the same show batch, or import the Whatnot Ledger, to deduct stock and log sales.
Tips
Duplicate a show that follows a repeat format instead of rebuilding it each time.
Save export settings as a custom preset once you’ve dialled in a format you reuse often.

Common questions
Does allocating stock to a show remove it from my main inventory?
No. The master quantity stays the same until you reconcile sold quantities after the stream.
Can I include Pokémon singles in a show?
Yes, Pokémon singles in your inventory can be pulled into a show the same way as Magic singles.
What happens if I over-allocate an item?
Show Builder flags it against your available stock before you export, so you catch it before the show goes live.
