Step by step
Setting up your Magic collection
Choose MTG Collector
From the mode picker, choose “MTG Collector.” You can switch between Seller Mode and Collector Mode at any time from the sidebar.
Build your first binder
Create a binder, then search a card, choose its exact printing, finish and condition, and add it. Cards display as real images, not spreadsheet rows.
Or import instead of adding by hand
Already have a ManaBox export, or physical cards to scan? Use ManaBox import or Scanning Lab to add a batch at once.
Track set completion
Browse any set’s full card list and see exactly what you own and what’s missing, based on the binders you’ve built.
Build a deck
Create a deck, import a decklist, and allocate the physical cards from your binders — the deck reflects the true printings you actually own.
Add cards to your wishlist
Track cards you’re chasing with a target price, and see your total missing value at a glance.
Log a trade
Pick cards you’re giving up from your binders, search for what you’re receiving, and commit — your collection updates on both sides automatically.
Check collection analytics
See your collection’s value over time and how it’s distributed by finish and rarity.
Tips
Use the duplicate finder in your binders to spot cards you’ve accidentally logged more than once.
Give a binder a custom cover so it’s easy to spot at a glance among several.
Free mode covers up to 3 binders, 5 decks and 1,000 collection cards — a Collector or Pro licence removes those limits.

Yes, the free tier covers up to 3 binders, 5 decks and 1,000 collection cards, so you can try the full workflow before upgrading.
Does a Collector licence also unlock Seller Mode?
No — Collector unlocks full Collector Mode only. Pro includes everything in Collector plus Seller Mode automation.
Can I scan cards into a binder?
Yes, Scanning Lab can send a scanned batch straight into your active binder.
