Step by step
Setting up your Pokémon collection
Choose Pokémon Collector
From the mode picker, choose “Pokémon Collector.” MTG and Pokémon data are stored in separate local databases, so switching never mixes the two up.
Search for a card
Search by name or browse a set, then choose the exact card, finish and condition to add.
Build a binder
Add cards to a binder and see them as real images. Build as many binders as you like — by set, favourites, or however suits you.
Record finish and condition
Set the finish (normal, holo, reverse holo, full art, gold/secret) and condition (Near Mint to Damaged) for each card — both affect the value shown.
Track set and series completion
Browse a set by series and see exactly what you own and what’s missing.
Add to your wishlist
Keep a list of cards you’re chasing, with the finish you want and a Cardmarket link.
How pricing works
Card values come from Cardmarket (EUR) and TCGPlayer (USD), synced through TCGDex and stored locally.
Holo and reverse holo price separately from normal copies.
Full art and gold/secret finishes are recorded on the card but valued at the normal rate — there isn’t a separate market price for them yet.
You can override any card’s value manually if you’d rather set your own.
Common questions
Can I build decks or log trades in Pokémon mode?
Not currently — Pokémon Collector Mode covers Home, Search, Binders, Wishlist and Settings. Decks, trade tracking and collection analytics are Magic-only for now.
Can I import a ManaBox export for Pokémon?
No, ManaBox import matches against Scryfall and is Magic-only. Add Pokémon cards by searching, or via Scanning Lab once Pokémon recognition ships.
Is this free to use?
The free tier covers up to 1,000 collection cards. A Collector or Pro licence removes that limit.
