When to upgrade, and to what
If you’re purely collecting, Collector removes the free tier’s binder, deck and card limits without paying for seller tools you won’t use. Upgrade to Pro when the cost of spreadsheet time, duplicate work and post-show cleanup is higher than the value of a dedicated seller workflow.
Your binders, decks or collection are hitting the free tier’s limits — Collector removes them.
You regularly import or update many card rows to sell — that needs Pro.
You want to export Whatnot listings instead of manually preparing each row — Pro.
You need show-specific batches, Box Break tools and post-show reconciliation — Pro.

Activation
Toploader OS Pro uses Lemon Squeezy licence activation in the desktop app.
Offline grace
Validated Pro licences can continue temporarily during short offline periods.
Existing data
Free mode does not delete your existing inventory data if Pro access is not active.
Both games
One Pro licence covers everything — the seller tools and the full collector experience for both Magic and Pokémon.
Collector vs Pro
Collector unlocks the full collection experience only. Pro includes everything in Collector plus Seller Mode automation — you don’t need both licences.
Founders lifetime licences

What’s the difference between Collector and Pro?
Collector (£3.50/month, £38.50/year, or £75 lifetime) fully unlocks Collector Mode only. Pro (£5/month, £55/year, or £90 lifetime) includes everything in Collector plus Seller Mode: imports, exports, reconciliation, multiple inventories, bulk workflows and Live Tools.
Do I keep my data on the free version?
